24.1 Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges from your carrier.

24.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

24.4 No Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile contact information or consent data to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

24.5 Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

24.6 Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Coverage and availability may vary by carrier.

24.7 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without prior notice. Changes to message frequency, content, or availability may occur as needed to maintain service quality and compliance.
